Pet Policy

Pets: Pets are not allowed without the prior written consent of the Lessor.   If approved, Lessee shall pay to Lessor,  a non-refundable pet fee of $500.00 per pet –Not to exceed 2 pets. 

This is in addition to and not included with the security deposit. 

 No dangerous  breeds are allowed.   No pets weighing over 25 pounds.  Limit of 2 pets.  No  large aquariums.        A destructive pet, or a pet whose accidents (urine and stools)  are not clean properly may lead to eviction. 

Please take these seriously, and never try to sneak a pet in or hide an animal from your landlord. Both scenarios are a breach of contract and could lead to you losing your rental or having to re-home your pet.
